When I read the recipes that had TVP in them, I just figured that TVP was like that fake soy meat, but I saw it in the store yesterday and it looked like a grain or meal. Does it take on the flavor of whatever you are cooking it with? Does it taste like a grain? The price didn't seem too bad so I think that I'll go back and get it. Any info is greatly appreciated.
