Thanks Pat for the tip on Jack Bishop's Book. I already have the James

Peterson's book. It left me uninspired. I also have his book Sauces.

Sometimes I return to books I left waiting on the shelf....Poor books...all

they wanted was a home and some love. Now all they do is sit....alone...on a

shelf....only attention they get ...is a random dusting...All the popular

books seldom make it back on the shelf.
