I don't really want to eat it plain, I'd like to try it in something. Does it have a good texture? How well does it cut up into smaller pieces? One of my ideas was to put it in chili, to make a mock chicken chili. Another idea was to make mock chicken tacos. How does its texture hold up when cut into small pieces?
