Guest guest Posted December 7, 2002 Report Share Posted December 7, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Italian Dressing (The Ark) Recipe By :The Ark Restaurant, Long Beach, Washington State, USA Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salad Dressing Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 cloves garlic 2 green onions -- sliced 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 3 twists fresh pepper 2 lemons -- juice of 3 tablespoons raspberry wine vinegar 1 cup olive oil 1 cup salad oil 1 teaspoon sugar Blend well in a food processor: garlic, onions, parsley, mustard, pepper, lemon juice, vinegar. Combine oils together. With processor running, slowly add oils to above mixture. Add sugar to take the sharpness off the garlic.
