Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Turn it off and let it cool 10 minutes. Place container in oven overnight, approximately 6 hours. Put a piece of plastic wrap over the top. Punch pin holes in plastic so that it can breath. If you use a plastic container, make sure it's heavy plastic. Place in refrigerator to let it set up, about 2 hours. Covered it will last 7 days easily. It is better to whisk it to take lumps out.
