Spaghettini with Butter

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3/4 pound uncooked spaghettini

12 cups water

salt and pepper

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

Cook spaghettini in boiling salted water until tender.

 

Drain and place in a serving dish.

 

Melt butter and pour over the spaghettini.

 

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

Add cheese and mix thoroughly.

 

Serve immediately.
