Spaghetti with Oil and Garlic

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 pound spaghetti

1/2 cup olive oil

3 cloves garlic--crushed

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

 

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until just tender.

 

Saute' the garlic in the olive oil until golden brown.

 

Drain the spaghetti and put in a serving bowl.

 

Pour the oil and garlic over the spaghetti and mix thoroughly.

 

Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
