Rush-Hour Flat Bread Pizza

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 Boboli or focaccia flat bread -- (10-to 12-in.)

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 medium tomatoes -- sliced

1/3 cup fresh basil leaves -- shredded

1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese

 

Serves 6.

 

Coat large baking sheet with nonstick spray. Place flat bread on baking

sheet and brush with oil. Top with tomatoes, basil and cheese.

 

Bake at 450 degrees 20 minutes or until flat bread is golden brown and

cheese is bubbling.
