black bean chili with corn

I just wanted to thank Judy Kujawa for the black bean chili and

corn recipe, but would like a small clarification. The recipe calls

for 2 large red peppers. Is that red bell peppers or red hot

peppers, like chili peppers?

I'd go with bell peppers, because the recipe includes jalapenos.
