Heat oil and fry onions until golden in color. Add garlic and tomato; mix well. 2 Mix in turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder and salt. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and simmer until mushrooms are tender, adding very little water if necessary. 3 Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
