Wild Rice Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

6 ounces wild rice mix -- (or 1 package)

1/2 cup lowfat mayonnaise

1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt

1 cup sliced celery

1 cup cubed tomato

1/2 cup diced cucumber

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1/8 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning

1/8 teaspoon pepper

 

Cook the rice as directed on the package, omitting margarine. Cool. Toss lightly

with the remaining ingredients .Cover and chill.
