Green Bean Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

10 ounces frozen cut green beans

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup white wine vinegar with tarragon

1 teaspoon sugar

dash pepper

1/8 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire or soy sauce

1 garlic clove -- minced

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley

 

Cook the green beans as directed on the package; drain and set aside. Combine

the remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour the marinade mixture over the green

beans and refrigerate for a few hours. When ready to serve, drain the green

beans and serve on salad plates.
