Add soybeans, basil, oregano, vinegar and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove lid and simmer for 10 minutes more. Stir in half the cheese. Spoon sauce over pasta and sprinkle with remaining cheese. LOWFAT VARIATION: with 1/2 tsp oil per serving and 1 tbs cheese per serving: 446 Calories; 14g Fat (27.0% calories from fat); 26g Protein; 59g Carbohydrate; 10g Dietary Fiber; 7mg Cholesterol; 140mg Sodium.
