ROAST: 20 minutes. MAKES: 6 accompaniment servings Preheat oven to 450F. In large bowl, toss cauliflower, red pepper, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Arrange vegetables in single layer 1n 15 1/2 " by 10 1/2 " jelly-roll pan. Roast vegetables 20 minutes or until tender.
