I just finished reading the rest of the ingredients and of course I guess now I will have to research all of them just to make sure that I am otherwise doing something to mess myself up. Since all of you are a lot more studied than I am I will defer to you for the following: ingredients are hibiscus, rosehips, hawthorn berries, natural strawberry and citrus flavor, stevia leaves and cayenne pepper. supplement facts: B6-pyridoxine HCL (25%), B12-cyanocobalim (25%), chromium-picolinate (25%) here come the real interesting words some of which I have never heard of: eleuthero [to be avoid with persons with hyertension], garcinia, choline, inositol no more than 4 tea bags per day recommended Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
