Put the onion, garlic, bread, cumin, coriander, chile, salt and parsley in a food mixer and process them coarsely. 2. Ad the egg and soybeans and process again until coarsely chopped. 3. Form the bean mixture into balls (2 per serving); flatten to patty shape and coat with flour. 4. Heat the oil in skillet and shallow fry the falafel until golden brown. Drain well on paper towels.
