Fresh Broccoli Salad

1 bunch broccoli

1 large cucumber -- thick slices

1/2 cup finely sliced red onion

1 garlic cloves -- minced (1-2)

1 cup seasoned rice vinegar

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes -- (dried)

 

Cut the broccoli into bite size florets; peel stems and cut into bite size

pieces. Place in a salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to mix. Let

stand 20 minutes before serving.
