Guest guest Posted May 9, 2002 Report Share Posted May 9, 2002 Kush 5 C cracked bulgur 1/4 pound carrots, grated 1/4 head cauliflower, chopped 1/2 red onion, diced 2 T curry powder 2 T garlic powder 6 C spring water 1/2 C tamari 1/2 C sesame oil In a large bowl combine all vegetables and bulgur. Add the curry and garlic. Add water and allow to soak for about 20 minutes, until the water is absorbed. Add tamari and oil and stir thoroughly to ensure all of the bulgur is coated.
