Guest guest
Sorry guys I use Accuchef, I'm hoping by exporting to a Meal Master format everyone can import it easily. ---------- Recipe via Meal-Master v8.06 by AccuChef www.AccuChef.com Title: 3 Grain Blend Categories: Tried and True Yield: Servings 6 c Water 1 t Salt 1 c Millet,Washed 1 c Bulghur,Medium Grit 1 c Buckwheat,Cracked this recipe requires a pot that can go from stove to oven put in the water add salt, bring water to a boil, add washed millet and turn down to a rolling boil. stir occasionally, preheat oven to 350 degress when the millet granules appear to be well open and the liquid creamy (approx 20-30 mins) turn off the heat and add bulghur and buckwheat, stir untill well mixed and has a thick porridge look to it. move to oven and bake for 30-40 mins. allow to cool to room temp, and refridgerate. this gives you the base of any ground recipe, and saves BIG money. I personally add Lipton's Onion soup and a 1/2 cup of tamari to it when its cooled, but that's me. ----- Health - your guide to health and wellness http://health.
