Guest guest Posted May 3, 2002 Report Share Posted May 3, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Spinach Dip Recipe By :Sunset Cookbook Classics / pg. 12 Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:05 Categories : Appetizers Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup cooked spinach or 1 pkg. frozen --spianch (thawed) (10-oz.) -- chopped 1/3 cup green onions (including tops) -- coarsely chopped 1/2 cup parsley sprigs -- lightly packed 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 cup sour cream 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper 2 cloves garlic -- minced or pressed salt If using frozen spinach, drain well, squeezing out as much liquid as possible. Place spinach in blender or food processor with onions, parsley, lemon juice, sour cream, pepper, and garlic. Whirl until blended. Season to taste with salt.
