The recipe from Robertson's Pasta book is good! we halved the recipe. Used leek

instead of green onions. Cilantro instead of parsley and added some fresh lemon

juice and pasta water to " cream " (moisten). Yummers!

 

It's light but then orzo usually is ;-)
