Serve this almost-instant but elegant dessert as is or spoon it over low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt. In 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add brown sugar, apple juice and ginger. Heat 1 minute, stirring. Add oranges and cook, turning gently until oranges are lightly browned and liquid is thick. Serve warm.
