A salad that marries the bitter lettuce and citrus with a light, sweet-tart dressing. In large bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, orange juice and honey or brown sugar. Add salt and pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add oranges, lettuce and endive; toss well.
