Guest guest Posted April 29, 2002 Report Share Posted April 29, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Hot Spinach and Artichoke Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 package spinach -- (10 ounce)rinsed, stemmed, and dried 1 red onion -- thinly sliced 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts -- (8 ounce) 1 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). 2 Drizzle olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread spinach leaves in a thick layer covering the baking sheet. Arrange onions and artichokes over the spinach, and drizzle the marinade from the jar over the entire salad. Sprinkle with the cheese. 3 Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted but NOT crispy.
