Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing Makes 3/4 cup 1/3 cup low-calorie low-fat mayonnaise 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (optional0 1 clove garlic, finely chopped Dash Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste (optional) Combine all ingredients in jar; cover and shake well. (Or combine ingredients in bowl; beat until well blended.) Store in refrigerator.
