Creamy Crockpot Potatoes

2 pounds small red potatoes -- quartered

2 ounces fat-free cream cheese

1 envelope ranch-style dressing mix

1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of

Mushroom Soup

1/2 cup Edensoy Organic Soy Beverage

 

Place well-scrubbed, quartered potatoes in a 3 1/2 quart crockpot. In a small

bowl, combine cream cheese, salad dressing and soy milk; stir in soup. Pour

over potatoes. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours. Stir to blend before

serving.
