Lo-Cal Creamy Coleslaw

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 pounds shredded cabbage

3 small carrots -- grated

2 cups fat-free sour cream

3/4 cup Kraft Miracle Whip Nonfat Dressing

1/3 cup ketchup

1/4 cup wine vinegar

2 teaspoons celery seed

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon sugar

garlic salt -- to taste

pepper -- to taste

 

Serving Size: 8

 

Mix the cabbage and carrots together. Combine the remaining ingredients in

separate bowl, mixing well. Pour over the cabbage mixture, tossing to coat

evenly. Make a least 5 hours in advance, but much better if made the day

before.

 

Nutritional analysis: Calories 99, Fat 0, Carbohydrate 22, Cholesterol 0,

Protein 3, Sodium 315.
