Hopefully this will. * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Sesame-Ginger Marinade Recipe By : Deborah Madison, Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone, page 597 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : sauces and marinades Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 large garlic cloves -- minced - or put through a press 4 teaspoons ginger -- finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil 2 tablespoons sesame oil 4 teaspoons brown sugar 3 tablespoons soy sauce Use this as a marinade for silken-firm or Chinese-style tofu. Makes about 1/2 cup Combine the ingredients in a bowl, then pour over drained, sliced tofu or steamed tempeh. Gently push the pieces around so that all are covered. Refrigerate until ready to use. Grill or broil, using the extra marinade as a sauce.
