I just made this up based on a " real meat " version of a recipe. To be honest, I

haven't tried it myself yet, so if anyone takes it for a test run, please let us

know how it turns out.

 

Alternatively, I suppose the " meatballs " and sauce could be left in the crockpot

and served over spaghetti instead of making sandwiches.

Vegetarian " Meatball " Sandwiches

2 12 oz packages Gardenburger Meatless Meatballs

1 28 oz jar spaghetti sauce

8 hoagie rolls -- split and warmed

shredded mozzarella cheese

 

Place Gardenburger Meatless Meatballs and spaghetti sauce in slow cooker. Cover

and cook on low for approximately 6 hours. Serve " meatballs " on hoagie rolls

topped with sauce and shredded cheese.
