Chili Con Queso Dip

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 pound Velveeta -- cubed

1 cup salsa -- (mild, medium, or hot, whichever you

prefer)

1 cup sour cream

tortilla chips

 

Combine cheese, salsa, and sour cream in slow cooker.

 

Cover. Heat on Low, stirring occasionally until cheese melts and dip is

well blended, about 1-1 1/2 hours.

 

Serve with tortilla chips.
