Hello All,

I finally received Mastercook 5.0 and have been playing around with

it. I have lots of questions on how to use it, but for now am so

excited I can start posting recipes!!

Here is one of our favorites...

" PB " & Chocolate Brownies

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2/3 cup flour

1/3 cup soy flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup dark brown sugar -- packed

1/4 cup soynut butter, creamy

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 whole eggs

1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips -- melted and cooled

 

Butter the bottom of an 8 x 8 pan. Place a piece of parchment paper

on

top.

Combine flour, soy flour, baking soda, and salt - mix well and set

aside.

Combine white and brown sugars, soynut butter, milk chocolate,

vegetable

oil, vanilla and eggs - mix well.

Add flour mixture to wet mixture and mix just until blended.

Add chocolate chips and stir just enough to blend in chips.

Spread brownie mixture in pan - it will be very thick.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center

comes out clean.

Cool for 5 minutes, remove from pan and cool 15 mintues.

Remove from parchment paper and cut into 16 squares.
