Noodles with Chinese Broccoli and Bean Sprouts

1 package Vegetarian instant noodle

1/2 package tofu -- cubed

1/4 pound Chinese broccoli

2 stalks Napa -- (2 to 3)

1/4 pound bean sprout

2 teaspoon spring onion -- chopped

1 teaspoon red chili -- chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce -- (1 to 2)

1 teaspoon sugar -- (1 to 2)

Serves: 1

Preparation: 3 minutes

Cooking: 3 minutes

 

Prepare all vegetables. Cut tofu into 8 smaller squares. Boil water

until heat. Steam Chinese broccoli, Napa and bean sprout in boiling

water 2 minutes and then soak in cold water. Put noodle in boiling water

for 2 minutes then add tofu, wait for 1 minute. Add soy sauce and sugar.

Put noodle and tofu in the vegetables which are ready in a bowl. Garnish

with spring onion and red chili and put pepper on the top. Serve

immediately.
