Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Mushrooms Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound fresh mushrooms -- mix varieties if desired freshly ground pepper -- to taste optional: dried herb of your choice, such as: oregano Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice mushrooms and lay on tin foil. Sprinkle with pepper (and herbs, if you've decided to use them). Seal foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
