Roll yogurt cheeses in it, use it to season plain yogurt and potato salads, and even sprinkle it on a slice of bread lathered with yogurt cheese, or plain cream cheese. Makes 6 tablespoons Combine all the ingredients and store in a tightly closed jar in a cool spot. This mixture may also be frozen.
