Firecracker's California Rolls

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 sheet dry toasted nori

4 ounces cooked medium-grain rice

1/2 ounce carrot

1/2 ounce cucumber

1/4 ounce daikon sprouts

1/4 avocado -- sliced

 

Place one sheet of nori over a bamboo roller, cover almost completely with

sticky rice, leaving about 1/2 inch uncovered.

 

Flip over. Place carrot, cucumber, avocado and daikon sprouts in the center.

Then, roll, using bamboo roller, keeping even pressure up and down.

 

Slice & enjoy.
