Add lemon curd, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Process until well-blended and smooth. Pour into mixing bowl, blend in sliced strawberries. Place in four oven-proof ramekins. Cover top with raw sugar. Place under broiler of oven until sugar has caramelized. Remove from oven and serve.
