Two people that I work with happened to go to a cooking demonstration of the Cooking Cardiologist (Dr. Richard E. Collins) and he prepared his low fat recipe for Creme Brule. They said it was incredibly delicious. Another person at work thought that it wouldn't taste good with the tofu so I wanted to make it and see if she could tell the difference.
