Start by mixing together the garlic, cardamom seeds, ginger, turmeric, lime or lemon juice and seasoning. 2. Place the mushrooms in a bowl and pour the mixture over, turning the mushrooms well to coat them. 3. Now heat the oil in a wok or pan and stir fry the mushrooms for 1 to 3 minutes until they are cooked.
