Jeannie * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Molasses Cookie Mix Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Quick and Easy Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1/8 teaspoon allspice 1 teaspoon ginger Measure all ingredients into a Ziploc bag. Shake well to blend. Transfer to vacuum seal bag and seal. To Use: 3/4 cup margarine, softened 1 egg replacer 1/4 cup molasses 1 package Molasses Cookie Mix Blend wet ingredients until smooth, add mix, beat well until forms a soft dough. Roll into balls and press gently on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
