Sauces Sandwiches Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 ounces tofu, silken 2 tablespoons lime juice -- fresh 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 teaspoons vinegar, brown rice 1 teaspoon lime zest 1/4 teaspoon white pepper Combine tofu, lime juice, oil, vinegar, lime zest, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in bowl of food processor. Process until smooth. transfer to small container, and cover. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes. PER TABLESPOON: 21 CAL; 1G PROT; 2G TOTAL FAT (0 SAT.
