Guest guest
I was looking at the TV when they made this, I'm not sure it's the same, but what they made served 4. * Exported from MasterCook * Brownie Banana Split Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 box low-fat brownie mix 1/3 cup toasted wheat-germ (optional) 1 tub light cream cheese -- (8 oz.) 1 cup powdered sugar 1 can crushed pineapple -- (8 oz.) in juice 2 fresh bananas 12 fresh strawberries -- (12 to 15) 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (squeeze bottle kind) Pour brownie mix in a bowl. Add water as listed on box. Add wheat germ. Mix well. Bake as directed in a well-greased 9 " x 13 " pan. When finished baking, invert entire brownie cake onto a serving platter. Let cake cool.* Mix together. Spread onto the cooled brownie cake. Just before serving: Drain pineapple well, reserving juice for another use. Sprinkle pineapple on top of cream cheese frosting. Slice, then place on top of the pineapple. Just before serving, drizzle syrup over entire brownie. Enjoy! *If you have 6 or fewer guests, cut cake in ½ and only top ½ now. Do the other ½ another day, since the fresh appearance does not keep overnight.
