Guest guest
Here is an example of a recipe that might just fit the need of a new veggie who is trying to replicate the foods they ate as a carnivore. This is the area in which this cookbooks excels. You have to be careful though as not all the recipes are completely vegetarian: there are some seafood recipes and others which contain gelatin, Worcestershire Sauce, etc. kathleen * Exported from MasterCook * Slam Salad Recipe By : The Cooking Cardiologist, by Richard Collins, page 152 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Sandwiches Soyfoods Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 ounces Yves Canadian Bacon 6 ounces Yves Veggie Deli Slices 3 tablespoons KRAFT Miracle Whip Nonfat Dressing 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish Serving Size: 6 Place slices of both Yves products in food processor and process until consistency of ham salad.
