Here is an example of a recipe that might just fit the need of a new veggie

who is trying to replicate the foods they ate as a carnivore. This is the

area in which this cookbooks excels. You have to be careful though as not

all the recipes are completely vegetarian: there are some seafood recipes

and others which contain gelatin, Worcestershire Sauce, etc.

Slam Salad

Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

6 ounces Yves Canadian Bacon

6 ounces Yves Veggie Deli Slices

3 tablespoons KRAFT Miracle Whip Nonfat Dressing

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

 

Serving Size: 6

 

Place slices of both Yves products in food processor and process until

consistency of ham salad. Place in bowl, add Miracle Whip and pickle

relish. Mix well. Serve on bread of your choice.

 

Nutritional analysis: Calories 136, Fat 0, Cholesterol 0, Carbohydrate 6,

Protein 16, Sodium 850.
