Guest guest Posted February 26, 2002 Report Share Posted February 26, 2002 * Exported from MasterCook * Soys Me Salad Recipe By : The Cooking Cardiologist, by Richard Collins, page 152 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 bunches romaine lettuce - washed /drained 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon honey 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons sesame seeds 1 teaspoon sesame oil Serving size: 4 In small non-stick fry pan, roast sesame seeds until golden brown. Set aside. In small bowl combine all the other ingredients, whisk until well blended. Set aside. Tear romaine lettuce into bite size pieces and place in 4 individual salad bowls. Pour salad dressing over each and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds. Wonderful! Garnish salad with Easy Oven Tofu Sticks.
