Soys Me Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 bunches romaine lettuce - washed /drained

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon honey

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

1 teaspoon sesame oil

 

Serving size: 4

 

In small non-stick fry pan, roast sesame seeds until golden brown. Set

aside. In small bowl combine all the other ingredients, whisk until well

blended. Set aside. Tear romaine lettuce into bite size pieces and place

in 4 individual salad bowls. Pour salad dressing over each and sprinkle

with roasted sesame seeds. Wonderful!

 

Garnish salad with Easy Oven Tofu Sticks. (See separate recipe)
