Soyfoods Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/4 cups pasta shells 1 1/4 cups cottage cheese -- fat-free 1/2 cup green pepper -- chopped 1/4 cup chives -- chopped fine 1/4 cup onions -- chopped fine 4 radishes -- sliced 1/4 cup French salad dressing -- fat-free 3/4 cup sour cream -- fat-free 1 1/4 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 cup green picked soy beans -- cooked Serving Size: 6 Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and chill. Combine cottage cheese, chopped green pepper, chives, onions and radish slices; add chilled pasta. In small bowl, combine French dressing, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Add to pasta mixture along with soy beans, gently mix together to blend. Optional: salad can be garnished with red or green bell peppers.
