Salads, Main Dish Soyfoods Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 ounces pasta 1 cup TVP Flakes/Chunks 1 1/4 cups Chicken Not 1 teaspoon Butter Buds -- dry 1 bunch green onion -- chopped fine 2 stalks celery -- chopped Fine 3/4 cup fat-free salad dressing -- of choice Serving Size: 6 Cook pasta of choice according to package directions, drain and cool. In medium saucepan rehydrate 1 cup of TVP with 1 1/4 cup Chicken Not, when broth has come to a boil, add 1 teaspoon Butter Buds. Simmer TVP and Chicken Not for about 20 minutes. Sit aside until cool. When pasta and TVP mixtures have cooled, combine and add chopped onion and celery, mix well. Top this with your favorite fat-free salad dressing. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours before serving. Nutritional analysis does NOT include fat-free salad dressing, since amounts may vary. Nutritional analysis: Calories 183, Fat 0, Cholesterol 0, Carbohydrate 28, Protein 43, Sodium 136.
