Aflotoxin ONLY in Peanuts???

Thanks everyone, for your comments on the peanut issue: organic/non-

organic, etc. I feel the same way.

 

What concerns me though, is after I looked up the references and links

given, they gave lists of other foods that are found to be contaminated

with aflotoxins!!! YIKES! What about that? Do we take the same stand

with all those foods?

Personally, I don't eat any of the other foods EXCEPT for the nuts and

I try to buy them where there is a large demand so they aren't stored

long. I think that's one reason it's advisable to keep them in the

fridge or freezer. I do eat fresh sweet corn. To my knowledge, it

isn't contaminated with aflatoxin.
