Guest guest
About two years ago I went out to eat and consumed something which had mayonnaise. That night I had my first gall bladder attack. It was so intense that my cousin, who was thankfully staying over, had to call the ambulance. I had no idea what was wrong with me but I was about to pass out from the pain. At the hospital I found out that I had gallstones. After about six more attacks which were increasing in intensity I signed up for surgery. My attacks had gotten so bad that I began to vomit while going through the pain and would pass out - not cute at all. About a week before the surgery date I told my father what I was about to undergo and he advised me to try a remedy first. He told me to combine half a cup of extra virgin olive oil with half a cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice and to drink that on an empty stomach every night for three nights. I followed that regimen (which is disgusting but much preferable to surgery) and am happy to report that I was able to cancel to surgery. I don't know whether this will work for every individual's purpose - but because it is quite easy to afford and try - I think that it may be worth a try. Good luck! It makes sense that at the very least, some of what you pass is olive oil. I usually pass a few small gallstones when I fast, and they look exactly the same as what the results of a gallbladder flush look like, so my feeling is that you probably get rid of some of both when you do one. Were you facing surgery, Tommie? I know someone who had hers removed a couple of years ago (she was about 26 at the time). I had a conversation with her about trying the flush and a couple of other things before she had it out, but she was dead set on surgery. Anyhow, I'm just curious about what kind of shape you were in when you started doing the flush and the results you got (before altering your diet).
