Guest guest
I can't believe today is my 3 month mark! It feels like it's been longer. Is that bad? I dunno. Although my family definitely feels like it's been a lot longer and that is bad. They say I'm more moody. And I was already moody to begin with because of my health problems. But I can't give up. I have to get healthy! When I first started this raw diet I gave myself a minimum of a 90 day commitement. Shortly after I started I decided to give it a 10 month commitement. I'm taking my birthday month off. I want to see the difference as well. Then after a month I will probably go back on it for 11 months. Then maybe one month off for my birthday month. Then hopefully 90% raw but more realistically 80% raw. I hope I'm not ostercized for this approach. Also I have lost 40 pounds in the last 90 day. Which is really great because I was stuck with my weightloss for a long time. I thought I would be stuck there forever. I still have more to go. My main goal with going raw is to get healthy and have ENERGY!!! I am kinda disappointed that after 3 months I still have constant daily fatigue. But I look at this way, I've been in this mess for 12 years it's going to take more than 3 months to get out of it. I just get my hopes so high when I read these testimonials about how people feel great sometimes after weeks or sometimes even days. But each body is different. I will keep fighting for my health or die trying! Minnie
Guest guest
Hello... Have you had your thyroid checked? I had graves disease for 11 years before the doctors caught it. Its a very simple blood test that any general practicioner can have run. If your thyroid levels are too low, or too high, that can lead to MOODYNESS no matter what you eat. And it can also cause you to be tired all the time. You may still feel " generally " fine, but if your thyroid is not functioning at 100% it can cause a lot of little to large side effects. Its a simple test, have a dr run it for you, even if you dont have insurace, you can go to www.Healthcheckusa.com and order it yourself and thats what I did once when I didnt have insurance and it only cost about $75. (if you need more help with this, let me know) COngrats on being raw for 90 days...Way To GO! Every little step you do, helps your body that much more in the long run!!!!!! minnie9090 <minnie9090 wrote: I They say I'm more moody.
