Thanks to everyone for their sample menu's and their breakfast fruit ideas.

I've been doing really well incorporating more raw foods, however it is the

evening that kills me. I tend to have eating explosions around 7-9pm

Perhaps what I should do is " allow " myself to just eat a half of watermelon

or something huge that is raw to save myself from the pb & j on whole wheat

that keeps calling my name.
