Guest guest
Hi Tiffany, I'm Tiffany too! Nice to meet you. I just now responded to a message before you posted yours, in which I replied to Margaret about a similar breakfast approach to raw meals (called " idea for going raw " ). I haven't read " Fit for Life " yet, but I've heard of it. I try to apply any new concepts in better eating that I come across on a daily basis, like eating only fruit for breakfast because it's easily digested, and our digestive system is still in the detoxifying mode until noon. Fruits contain enzymes that not only digest, but also aid the body in detoxification. Well, since there's 2 of us Tiffanys, I'll start signing off with my first AND last name. -Tiffany Lohr (pronounced 'lore') Tiffany Beckwith <tbeckwith wrote: Hi All, I am just starting my raw foods journey and was wondering what you do for breakfast. One book I read and I *think* it was Fit for life, not fat for life...or something like that talked about only eating fruit until noon, as it is easily digested and gives your body a chance to finish digesting the food from the previous evening. Anyone strict on breakfast...time they eat, only certain raw foods...like fruit? Thanks, Tiffany
